Police Blotter for the week of November 12, 2012

On Sunday, Oct. 21, a car near Lauterbur struck a male student on a skateboard. The struck student refused medical treatment at the time of the accident. The case is still open.

On Friday, Oct. 26, graffiti was found on a resident student’s door at Wagner College. This case is still open.

On Friday, Oct. 26, a female student reported that her GPS, Verizon cell phone charger and parking permit were stolen from her car parked in Benedict parking lot.

On Sunday, Oct. 28, a male student was arrested at the Langmuir Curve parking lot for the criminal possession of marijuana and prescription pills.

On Monday, Oct. 29, a male resident student at Ammann College was arrested for refusing to cooperate with police after refusing to leave the building during a fire drill. The student was issued a field ticket and was directed to appear in court.

On Tuesday, Oct. 30, a student was arrested at Wagner College. The arrested student was found with two electronic exit signs under his shirt.

Marijuana
Police responded to 13 instances involving marijuana from Monday, Oct. 23 to Thursday, Nov 1. Although there were no arrests, several students were given referrals.
