Yeju Kim, a senior chemistry student, died last night in her off-campus residence, according to a statement issued by the university.
Suffolk County Police confirmed the death was non-criminal and according to the statement issued by the university, police said the death appeared accidental.
The Office of Student Affairs is in contact with Kim’s family, according to the university statement.
