Basketball games are open to the public for the first time since the pandemic started and the Stony Brook men’s basketball team is looking forward to playing in front of crowds again.
Many of the players are relatively new with a few veteran players such as Elijah Olaniyi, who returned to Stony Brook this year.
Friends on and off the court, the team is looking forward to strengthening their chemistry as it will be critical to determining how far they will make it this season. However, head coach Geno Ford expresses high hopes for this year’s basketball season.
