On Friday, March 22, the Latin American Student Organization (LASO) hosted its annual Belleza Universal Pageant. It was a night full of culture, talent and exciting performances. Here is a look into the night:

Stanley Zheng, Assistant Multimedia Editor

Stanley Zheng is a second year psychology and biology double major at Stony Brook University. He has been serving as the Assistant Multimedia Editor at The Statesman since Spring 2024. Outside of the paper, he conducts research at Stony Brook University Hospital under the Department of Anesthesiology and serves as the Webmaster at Stony Brook’s Photography Club. In his free time, he can be found writing with his fountain pens, or building mechanical keyboards!
