SUNY lifts COVID-19 vaccine mandate starting this summer

State University of New York (SUNY) Chancellor John B. King Jr. announced on Tuesday, April 11 that COVID-19 vaccination will no longer be required for students across SUNY’s 64 campuses, effective summer 2023.

NYS healthcare workers no longer held to booster mandate deadline, students still liable

The New York State Department of Health announced it will no longer enforce the booster mandate for healthcare workers that was scheduled to go into effect on Monday, Feb. 21, but undergraduate students must still submit proof by the same date.
