The season came to a close on Monday night for the Stony Brook Hockey team, as Iowa State defeated the Seawolves, 2-1, in the semifinals of the ACHA National Tournament.
Stony Brook will compete as the top seed in the ESCHL playoffs next weekend at Lehigh Valley College, a tournament the team has won in back-to-back seasons.
After making their first ever trip to the ACHA semifinals at the Division I level, the Stony Brook Seawolves club hockey team will be back at it again, looking to take home a national championship.
