Junior midfielder Dominique Adamo was the lone first-team representative of four selected to represent Stony Brook when the America East announced the coaches all-conference team selections on Wednesday.

Adamo leads the Seawolves in goals (6) and assists (5). Her 17 points leads Stony Brook as well, and is good enough for third in the conference.

The Seawolves also placed junior defender Alexis Lindo, who has started all 17 games for Stony Brook this year, on the second-team all-conference.

Freshman goalkeeper Chelsea Morales was named to the all-rookie team. Morales has recorded three shutouts.

Senior Debbie Aller was named to the all-academic team to round out the Seawolves honors.

Boston University walked away with a huge haul, netting seven of the 11 first-team spots as well as taking Rookie of the Year, Coaching Staff of the Year, Striker of the Year, Midfielder of the Year, Defender of the Year and Goalkeeper of the Year honors. The Terriers won the regular-season championship without losing a game.

The Seawolves were runners-up for the title, finishing in second in the table at 5-2-1.

The conference championship tournament begins Thursday with the quarterfinal round. Boston and Stony Brook received byes to the semifinal round of the tournament.

The Seawolves will host either #3 Hartford or #6 Maine on 2 p.m. on Sunday at LaValle Stadium.
