Canadian-Korean singer-songwriter JUNNY is making his way to New York on his first-ever North American tour, the ‘blanc’ tour, named after his newly released album.
JUNNY officially debuted in 2017 with his single, “Thank You”. Since then he’s gained popularity with his “genius” singing and songwriting that melds R&B, hip-hop, and jazz. He’s worked with the hottest K-pop artists like IU, NCT, and EXO’s Kai and Baekhyun. JUNNY even caught the eye of BTS’ Jungkook, as he sang JUNNY’s song, “By My Side”, during a live stream.
On August 12th, JUNNY released his first studio album, ‘blanc’. The nine-track album is a testament to JUNNY’s multi-genre repertoire as he incorporated indie-rock tracks into the acoustic-rich album. However, ‘Blanc” still speaks to his R&B and hip-hop origins with catchy features like “Color Me” (ft. CHUNG HA), or “Get Ya!” (ft. pH-1).
The ‘blanc’ tour will consist of 11 stops across the U.S. and Canada. The dates are as follows:
September 4 in Los Angeles | 1720
September 5 in San Francisco | The Midway
September 7 in Seattle | The Crocodile
September 8 in Vancouver | Harbour Event & Convention Centre
September 9 in Calgary | MacEwan Ballroom
September 11 in Dallas | Trees Dallas
September 12 in Houston | Last Concert Cafe

If you’re interested in hearing more from the talented artist, then look at JUNNY’s latest music video “Not About You.” The upbeat R&B tune is the latest single from his ‘blanc’ album that describes a situation when an ex can’t let go of the past.
