Stony Brooks women’s soccer team celebrated their victory on Sunday, Oct. 24 against UMass Lowell with a 1-0 lead. Number 25, Madison Sleiman, scored the winning goal with just 33 seconds left on the clock.
It was the junior defender’s first career goal.
As they entered the last month of the season, the team celebrated “Senior Day” by highlighting their senior players prior to the match.
This win put the Seawolves one step closer to the playoffs as they prepare for their final game of the season.
