In honor of Strawberry Fest, this week’s College Gal Cooking is dedicated to talking about how each of the featured dishes came out.

During this last full week of the semester, one of the final Stony Brook traditions took place in the Academic Mall: Strawberry Fest.  Strawberry-inspired foods were served, from strawberry shortcake to strawberry-jalapeño salsa with nachos.
