The Stony Brook Symphony Orchestra lit up Staller Center’s stage on Saturday, Nov. 4 for their second concert of the season. The orchestra, consisting of approximately 70 graduate students from the music department, was under the baton of conductor Anthony Parnther.

Every year, "Orchestra to Orchestra" allows high school student musicians to attend Stony Brook Symphony Orchestra concerts.

It was a night of Beethoven and Bach when the Staller Center welcomed the Stony Brook Symphony Orchestra on Saturday, March 28, on the Staller Center’s Main Stage at 8 p.m..

The University Orchestra is made up of a variety of students, including those still in high school, undergraduates and graduate students and is open to string, woodwind, brass and percussion players.

American conductor Jeffrey Milarsky directed the Stony Brook Symphony Orchestra at the Staller Center Main Stage on Saturday, Oct. 11.
