Stony Brook Football (3-1, 2-0 CAA) kept rolling on Saturday, grinding out a 25-17 victory over the Towson Tigers (2-2, 0-1 CAA) at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium.
Fifty-one weeks ago, Stony Brook Football hosted Sacred Heart University at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium and lost 38-10. On Saturday, the Seawolves flipped the script and dominated the Pioneers in nearly every aspect of their 45-7 victory.
“The main difference is our mental approach as a team, our mental toughness,” Priore said. “I think that’s going to be the difference in this upcoming year.”
