While the majority of the student body is composed of people from various ethnic and racial communities, the staff and faculty do not reflect the diversity the school is so well known for.
“Everybody keeps saying about ‘diversity’ and ‘diversity is good,’” Ricky Simanjuntak said. “And I’m not saying it’s bad. But what I have to point out is … it’s hard.”
