The fifth annual Barkfest of Long Island was held on Sunday, Oct. 25. Family, friends and dogs came donned in costumes to the pre-Halloween costume party.
It seems like the costumes you can buy at those pop-up Halloween stores are getting increasingly expensive, and are of such low quality that they end up in tatters halfway through their first Halloween party.
Despite recent speculation regarding the possible cancellation of tailgate festivities for this season’s Homecoming game, Kenneth P. Lavalle stadium’s parking lot was filled with open trunks, the smell of barbeque, blasting tunes and Stony Brook red this past Saturday, Oct. 5.
