With Black World’s first printed issue in 10 years scheduled to be released soon, the publication is renewing its mission to represent the voices of Black and Hispanic students on campus.

Audrey Fernandez, a rising senior at Stony Brook University, developed a social media platform called The Rewriting to bring attention to the struggles and joys of the Black community and to boost Black creators and innovators.
