Coming off an unexpected bye week, the Stony Brook football team will look to convert the extra rest into an upset win. The Seawolves had their game against Morgan State scheduled for last Saturday canceled due to a shooting on the campus during the week.
The Seawolves were roughed up in their first game of their 2023 campaign on Thursday, falling to the No. 19/21 Delaware Blue Hens 37-13. They will look to bounce back when they travel to Kingston, R.I. to take on the No. 22/23 Rhode Island Rams.
After suffering through a lost year that was riddled with injury, poor play and disappointment, the Stony Brook football team is now in one of the worst spots it has ever been in.
