Michelle is an Assistant News Editor for The Statesman and a junior majoring in journalism and minoring in political science. She previously wrote for the Viking Newspaper at Westchester Community College where she got her associates degree studying journalism. Alongside her editor position, she currently interns at Mxdwn, an online entertainment and music magazine as a news writer. Though she spends most of her time holed up in the library, she also enjoys word searches, sticker booking and drinking matcha.
