Bio: Catie Curatolo is in her second year of writing for the Statesman sports section. She has also written for her hometown paper, the Staten Island Advance, as well as the Three Village Patch. She prefers to cover winter and spring sports, although she has been known for blanket coverage of cross country in the fall. Catie has played sports her entire life and is currently a member of Stony Brook’s crew team. She likes wiffle ball, Barney Stinson, the beach, sleeping, warm weather, tweeting, the Buffalo Bills and winning.
