An attempted robbery was reported to university police last Saturday at Wagner College in Roosevelt Quad. Three men approached a male student in the hallway of Wagner and pushed him against the wall, according to Doug Little, the interim chief of Police. The men threatened the student for money and hit him. Immediately after, they fled in the direction of Kelly Cafe, according to an email from Campus Residences, which was sent late Monday afternoon. The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon around 6:30 p.m., Little said. ‘The student was not injured and did not go to the university hospital’ for medical relief, Little said. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact university police.
