Cooking Fire
On February 22nd an accidental cooking fire occurred in Chapin I Room 2125 around 9:00AM. Setauket Fire Department was notified and responded. No further problems occurred.

Stolen Items
Petit larceny occurred when an iPod, graphing calculator, and camera were found missing in West Apartments around 8:00PM.

False Alarm
At 8:55PM a fire alarm was pulled in Javits Lecture Hall for an unknown cause. The university responded to this false alarm and there were no further issues.

Fireworks
Around 11:00PM a call for assistance occurred near Cardozo College in Roth Quad due to fireworks being thrown at a vehicle. The situation was corrected.

Weapon
Around 2:30AM Friday morning of the 23rd a person was found in position of a weapon, cutting a screen in West Apartments. The suspect was gone on police arrival. There were no further issues

Accident
A motor vehicle accident occurred in the South Parking lot around 11:30AM. No major injuries were reported.

Suspicious Person
A suspicious person was found around the Union lobby around 1:00PM. The suspicious person complied with orders to leave the premises and there were no further issues.

Broken Window
On the morning of the 24th, criminal mischief occurred when a window was broken in Whitman College located in Roth Quad. No further issues occurred.

Car Crash
Another motor vehicle accident occurred around noon in the Stadium parking lot. No major injures occurred.
